A business incubator and accelerator for African entrepreneurs.

Dr. Jean-Clément Diambilay is a Congolese economist and entrepreneur, and the founder of the Diambilay Business Center.

His path begins in Lubumbashi, where he earned a licence in Economic Sciences from the University of Lubumbashi in 1999. After certifying in international taxation and VAT in Norway, he spent three years (2010–2013) in the tax department of DNB Bank ASA, Norway's largest financial services group.

Back in central Africa he founded Goodwin Trading Investments, J.C. Consulting, Neema Consulting Mining and Adon Technology — a portfolio spanning commerce and finance, strategic consulting, mining and digital.

In 2023 he founded the Diambilay Business Center at 378 Avenue Likasi in Lubumbashi to take African entrepreneurs from idea to investable business. DBC was admitted to AfriLabs — the largest African network of innovation hubs — on 6 September 2024, and has since grown into a multi-country structure across DR Congo, France, South Africa and Germany. He convened the first Forum Richesses d'Afrique at the Palais des Sports Robert Charpentier in Issy-les-Moulineaux on 17 May 2025, with former French minister Élisabeth Moreno as godmother of the event; a second edition followed in Montréal on 22 November. He has authored more than thirty books on entrepreneurship, leadership and personal development.
